    6. Review invoices weekly for accuracy and authorize payment of invoices by AP.
    7. Phone skills required.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator will perform cleaning as well as general maintenance and repairs including basic landscaping, plumbing and carpentry.  The FMC will also coordinate, and schedule subcontractors and suppliers as needed, as well as perform basic duties for office meeting setup and coordination.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

    • Inspects facilities/properties and identifies any items/areas in need of repair.
