Q: What do you do here at Sargent? What are your main responsibilities?
A: As the Human Resources Manager for Virginia and North Carolina, I oversee employee relations, compensation and policy guidance, benefits and HR systems support, manager and employee support, and recruiting.
Q: What is the most challenging aspect of your job?
A: Nothing in my role feels particularly challenging to me. HR comes naturally to me, and I see each experience as a chance to learn, grow, and continuously improve rather than as an obstacle.
Q: What were you up to in your career before joining Sargent?
A: Before joining Sargent, I was an HR Generalist at a manufacturing company.

A: I enjoy promoting fairness and consistency while supporting employees with their daily questions and needs across the organization.
