Sargent played a key role in multiple University of Maine campus upgrades, including sitework for the new New Balance Track & Field and Soccer Complex and improvements tied to major athletic facility renovations. Crews overcame challenging site conditions—removing unstable soils and installing engineered fill—to prepare a stable foundation for new fields and infrastructure within a tight nine-month schedule. In addition to athletics projects, Sargent supported ongoing campus development, including work on a new engineering building and electrical distribution upgrades. Strong coordination and extended work efforts helped deliver the projects on time for their 2025 opening and beyond.
