Sargent employee-owners completed sitework for a new 12,000-square-foot Hammond Lumber Company showroom in Skowhegan, Maine, which opened in June 2026. The project included construction of a 34-space parking lot, including three extended spaces for customers with trucks and trailers, as well as underground utility work connecting the building to sewer, domestic water, and fire sprinkler systems. The project scope grew during construction, with the parking lot ultimately doubling in size from the original plan. Sargent completed the work while the existing showroom remained open and operating.
