Sargent is providing site development for a new delivery station on approximately 40 acres in Goochland, Virginia. The project includes 185,000 cubic yards of excavation, underground utility installation, two segmental retaining walls, an underground stormwater management system, temporary sediment ponds, and extensive paving, curbing, sidewalks, and landscaping. Despite permitting delays, weather challenges, and an expanded scope that increased the size of the retaining walls and detention system, Sargent turned over the building pad three weeks ahead of schedule. Construction began in late winter 2026, with completion estimated for December 2026.
