Q: What is your job title with Sargent, and what are your core responsibilities?
A: New Hampshire Region Operations Manager. I’m responsible for running our work in the region, from the day a job starts through the day we hand it over. That means keeping our project teams staffed and supported, making sure crews and equipment are where they need to be, and staying on top of schedule, budget, and quality on every job.
A lot of it comes down to people. I work with our project managers, superintendents, and field crews to solve problems before they grow, keep safety front and center, and build relationships with owners and partners so the work keeps coming.
