The HCSS program HeavyJob integrates with HeavyBid to keep track of our real-time field production. In addition to helping us with estimates, HeavyJob helps us automatically submit timecards, provide accurate and efficient reports on our work in the field, and integrate cost code data to track our expenses.

These days, GPS is a part of nearly everything we do, and Trimble makes it incredibly simple to integrate. With Trimble, we can use GPS to help us finish the grading process with a push of a button, track idle time and wear and tear in our machines, and remind us when we need to bring a machine in for scheduled maintenance.

When it comes to safety, Sargent spares no expense, and that certainly holds true when it comes to our integration of HCSS safety software. With HCSS, it’s easier for us to remain in compliance with OSHA safety standards, as well as reduce the frequency of injuries on the job.

Thanks to our drones, the process of surveying a job site has never been easier. By using mapping drones to scan a job site for topographical information, we can collect data efficiently and with tremendous accuracy. Instead of spending days or even weeks having a ground survey team map a job site, we can accomplish the same goals with drones in just a couple of hours. In addition, we can capture quantities moved in real-time for purposes of invoicing and maintaining optimal cut-and-fill balance.
