Sargent designed and constructed an arterial highway system consisting of two 12-foot travel lanes with eight-foot shoulders, a flyover of Route 89, a diamond interchange, four bridge structures, drainage, and roadside features.
Sargent’s design-build team proposed an innovative plan to exceed the RFP requirements and offer improved features, including reduced environmental impact and maintenance costs, a fast-tracked schedule, improved aesthetics, and increased visibility for the local business district.
