Sargent extended the sewer system to serve residential neighborhoods northwest of Interstate 95 in Kittery. Our scope of work included the installation of sewer line along Route 236, Martin Road, Ridgewood Drive, Dana Avenue, Manson Road, and Stevenson Road.
Additionally, we installed a 4,500-foot section of sewer pipe running from the wastewater treatment plant on Dennett Road to pump station No. 22. Sargent crews also installed three prefabricated Gorman-Rupp pump stations, which collect sewage from gravity lines and pump it through force mains to the wastewater treatment plant, either directly or through other pump stations.
