In 2024, Sargent completed the 9-acre Cell B in Phase III at the Prince William County Landfill in Manassas, Virginia. The project involved site preparation, excavation, and the installation of erosion controls, stormwater berms, access roads, and a leachate collection system. With over 100,000 cubic yards of material moved, the project also included installing a rain cover system. This marks the third completed cell for the landfill, with another cap project scheduled for the future.
