Sargent is performing commercial site work for a new 2 million-square-foot LEGO Regional Distribution Center in Prince George County, Virginia, part of a $360+ million investment to expand LEGO’s Americas supply chain. Despite permit delays that pushed construction into winter, crews maintained the original schedule by using soil stabilization techniques and working extended weeks. The project includes extensive excavation, utility installation, stormwater systems, and paving across the 120-acre site. Expected to open in 2027, the facility will support faster distribution and bring over 300 jobs to the region.
