Sargent is providing sitework for multiple MaineDOT bridge and interchange projects in Bangor, including new bridges over I-95 at Exit 186 and Stillwater Avenue, a new Kenduskeag Avenue overpass, and a new Hogan Road overpass at Exit 187. Work includes bridge site preparation, excavation, traffic-related sitework, and construction of new highway ramps and intersections as part of major infrastructure improvements along the I-95 corridor. At Exit 187, the project also includes a diverging diamond interchange, rehabilitation of the existing Hogan Road eastbound bridge, removal of the westbound bridge, and pedestrian improvements. The projects are expected to keep Sargent crews working throughout the Bangor area for approximately three years.
